St George's Conclave No 42

St George's Conclave No 42 convened at 6.30pm on 8th October 2024. It was a  special occasion as we were to conduct the Ceremony of Installation on a new candidate.
 
But also we were in the company of the Deputy Intendant General V Ill Kt Mark StephenGregory P G High Alm who was attended upon by the Divisional Deputy Marshall, Ill Kt Raymond Pye P G Chamb.
 
The Deputy Intendant General was welcomed into the Conclave by the Most Puissant Sovereign, Ill Kt William J Bruce P G W Reg. The No 42 team got to work with the ceremony of Installation for Comp John Peter Bowling a Companion of the Eart of Lathom Chapter No 730. It was a wonderful ceremony which Peter enjoyed, added to which he was welcomed into the order by Stephen.
 
The Conclave was closed and all retired to enjoy the Festive Board.
 
Peter was recruited from a presentation that I delivered, assisted by John Askew, to the Earl of Lathom Chapter. Which was well received and we actually recruited two Candidates that evening- Both go by the name of Peter the other being Peter Allen who is joining Hesketh Conclave shortly.
 
On this success, work permitting, I'm trying to organise more presentations to Chapters across the Province.
